January 2026 - Excellent service from the St. Lawrence Pools Belleville location! I called about a concern with our recent purchase that had not a month of use/operation, and the service desk employee dispatched a technician to go and inspect our unit and diagnosed / replaced the motor that was causing issues as it was faulty; same day service! From the moment he said hello to us, until the moment we left Richard was amazing! We are hot tub newbies and had a ton of questions. He answered them all, reassured us we were on the right track, tested the water sample we brought in and asked us to call if we had any questions at all at any time. An easy five star review!
