Our hot tub was delivered the morning of June 11. They forgot to bring the GFCI. When I called the store late in the afternoon one of the staff jumped in her car and immediately delivered it. Impressive. One of the panels was broken during delivery and we were told they would bring a new one. They didn’t. I went to the store june 21 with the broken panel and was told the warehouse would get an email and photos that were taken by a staff and a phone call would be received by Monday June 23 at 1. I want to give a big shout out to Cal our salesperson. He was amazing in helping us with the purchase of our new tub. He went out of his way to make sure we got the right one and also came by for a follow up visit after the install. The two young guys that did the install were awesome, so thorough and quick. These guys made the whole thing such an easy process. Great service at st. Lawrence!!!
