We had a technical issue with our newer hot tub that needed to be addressed. Barry arrived on time, carried out the repair as well took the time to explain what was being done in great detail. It’s good to know that St Lawrence stands behind their service commitments, Barry represented St Lawrence in a friendly and professional manner.

Had a service call to repair a slow leak on my hot tub. Barry was quick to source the leak and repair it. Barry was very knowledgeable on the hot tub and gave some great tips about the tub. Great service.

Ryan and Garret came to our place to fix the main circuit board for the hot tub so our electrician can hook power up to it. They filled up the tub, turned on to ensure it was working, and put chlorine in to start up the tub for the first time. They were on time, professional, courteous and got the job done. No complaints. Job well done!
