UPDATE: After writing this review, I was subsequently REMOVED/KICKED off the Practice List and now will be enduring more missing med troubles, when I still need various types of meds while my record is poorly gathered and transferred. Stay far from this place, I've spoken to many people who are/were at this GP, 100% of them, told a negative/if not VERY negative view of the surgery and its head GP Mr King. Absolutely the worst GP Ive ever experienced. They made me cold turkey from Morphine and other meds like Pregabalin for weeks due to not doing their jobs whilst I had a broken spine vertebrae and having apparent trouble with my record. Afterwards, they decided to alter my prescription to just 8/500mg cocodamol. Absolutely useless, then 30mg, then now Im on ONE tramadol every 4 hours or something. Again, barely does anything I have CRPS and Osteoporosis and Severe Kyphosis n some slipped disks ect and they still do not give a... read more
Absolutely worst surgery I’ve ever been to. Been left multiple times without important medication and sent for the same blood tests on three different occasions due to results which are high due to a condition they are aware about which cause the results to be high. I feel like I’m not being listened to at all. The receptionist team would constantly misadvise including when to order my medication through the NHS app, I was told “order a few days before you run out” which I did and then I was told “No, it’s actually 7 days” a... read more
