CO worker called for an estimate on cam job for hemi and he was hung up on but just after he was told we don't need that in his shop, doesn't do quotes and his customers know his work. Wellll no new customers I'm sure
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Husband called for a quote, and whoever answered, sharply explained that he “don’t do quotes and his customers trust his work and his parts, and don’t have time with this stuff” and hung up on him. What a way to earn new customers. How can you be a “trusted” shop when you have such a bad attitude…? You’d get much better service literally ANYWHERE.
Called to ask to get a quote, meant to leave a voicemail due to the late hour, he answered and proceeded to cuss me out for calling him. Lost a customer for sure.
