I have tried 5 times in the past 2 working days to speak to someone. On Friday, I was on hold for 5 minutes for 3 times without anyone answering the phone. This morning I was on hold for 11 minutes without any one answering. Since the switch in the first of this year, answering the phone has been terrible. I have been a patient of this practice for over 10 years, the doctors are great but getting through to schedule or speak to someone is very difficult. I had a Total Knee Replacement with Dr. Andrew Fitzspadden who did an excellent job on my surgery. His office and support staff were not helpful at all. This is why I gave a 3 out of 5 stars. You could never get any of his support staff to return calls, answer calls, or provide critical information needed to make decisions about your own health care and surgical procedures. I would recommend Dr. Fitzpadden highly but just be warned his staff is unresponsive specifically Katie, Maddy, and Mallory. I hope this information will... read more

Prior to this appointment I had 4 xrays of my hand done. When I got to my appointment dr timothy requested I have more done. I already paid over $400 for the previous scans and said I would prefer not to but he insisted. Looking back I wish I stood up for myself a bit more. Timothy did absolutley nothing for my injury, no splint and very little advice for recovery. He was not very detailed in his work and seemed to want to get as much money from me as he could. I highly recommend finding another specialist before going here.

Be prepared to wait on hold for 10-15 minutes but remember that your time is realized as valuable and your call is important. For the patient, the doctor is critical but staff integrity and access is crucial.

Review of Dr Spitzfaden... Took my 85 year old father (whom was a surgeon at the same hospital) too see this guy for a shoulder issue. Arrogant from the get go and for no reason. Recommended an MRI. Results came back but was never alerted. We call his office twice too get results and to discuss recommendations. Nothing. No return calls. Primary MD recommends another doc.. Unacceptable. Horrible bedside manner. I wouldn't trust this guy with toe fungus or a hangnail...
