Also, the website was giving me great knowledgeable information about health, vitamins, and minerals!!! Worked like a charm! Super quick and easy: went out for my husbands 40th, but struggled with a cold earlier in the week and felt really dehydrated : woke up at 6 AM for my workout : felt awesome. Highly recommend
