This story is much worse, but my daughter sent in her grillz for repair during the Christmas season and has never received them back. UPS sent a check to reimburse my daughter and these people cashed it. They have intentionally avoided doing anything to rectify this situation. She is a young Black artist, who in good faith, patronized and trusted this establishment to give her the service she deserved and that they promoted. Ok quality. Can’t repair , couldn’t fix the bend in my grill & they don’t redip they polish and say that’s a redip. Payed 80 for something I could have done at home.
