Placement of my fence is off resulting in legal issues with my HOA. The owner didnt even reach out to me personally to rectify the situation. Spoke with staff and they show no empathy. Poor customer service had to keep calling Them back. Finally received a email stating we need to pay a portion of the cost to fix their error. Stay clear. Encroachment issues, poor customer service. STL Deck and Fence Builders did a great job on our bathroom remodel. Full gut. The tile work looks perfect, and they handled the plumbing so saved us that extra cost. Fantastic work!!

We couldn’t be happier with our fence! Fair price and the installers were awesome! They worked for hours in the bitter cold making sure everything was perfect. They even hand washed the fence when they finished to remove any dirt. We would recommend STL Fenceworks to everyone!
We received a quote and they were right on. They started a month late, but only due to the weather, which was expected. The quality of the work is unbelievable, it was done in a week. They came back out when it was complete and did a walk over to make sure everything was done correctly and up to our standards. They were very professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new deck!
