I rented an apartment at Park Lux, which is managed by this company, and I would strongly caution anyone considering doing the same. I had an extremely frustrating experience with this property from the very beginning. I started inquiring about an apartment in April 2024, but the leasing office was consistently unresponsive. After I paid the deposit, I had to wait over a week with no lease provided. I followed up multiple times, only to be told they had “forgotten” or were “still working on it.” When I finally received the l... read more

Got hit by a tornado 7 days ago and they don’t show the most minimal empathy. Not sure how they can sleep at night. I have been with no power after the storm with minimal to non communication from property manager. I went to the leasing office and it seems that I am just one more of the affected tenants for them, but they won’t help at all. I tried to get time estimates on the repairs to plan ahead, but I don’t get any answer. I am trying to break my lease based on Missouri’s resident laws, but they don’t care. They just wan... read more

Mold exposure is a well-documented health hazard and poses an immediate risk to children, the elderly, and those with respiratory conditions. The lack of transparency and response from management is... read more

Air conditioning is unnecessary, your complaints are an annoyance. 2 1/2 weeks, the unit hasn't even been inspected.

If I could give -100 stars, I would. By far the WORST experience in an apartment I have EVER HAD. Mind you, I’ve lived at multiple that I thought were bad—nope, nothing compares to this place and how terrible it is. We’re in the height of a heat wave so powerful that a woman DIED in STL county, yet STL CityWide REFUSES to help me and my family restore AC given the circumstances. For over a week, management and their maintenance have lied to us about coming to install a temp AC (because they’re too lazy or ignorant to know ho... read more
