I would avoid this property management at any location. They cannot protect mail and packages from theft. They don't comply with USPS regulations regarding mailboxes. Properties are filthy and smelly. They smell like mildew due to the outer doors not sealing properly, allowing rain to come in under the doors. Building security is almost non existent. There are locks on ground level doors, but go up a fire escape and no door has a lock on it. Anyone can just walk in.
