When they performed a simple speak install, they didn't screw down the 6X9's they replaced and on the way home all the speakers stopped working because they didn't properly connect. Second visit to fix that issue, and when they took the speaker out to reconnect they didn't screw it back on properly and just put the door panel back on and it rattled. Third visit to fix that issue. Don't get your car audio here because it will not look or sound professional. No refund was issued just 3 visits for a simple speaker install.
