Can’t say enough good things about Coach Leo and his staff. They are knowledgeable and professional as well as personable. Have seen great improvements in my two sons. If you want to improve your child’s or your physical abilities, this is the place to be.
Leo Deering is the best Strength and Agility Trainer in the St. Louis area, hands down! Leo and his Staff are all knowledgeable regarding all aspects of developing athletes of all ages. My three children (ages 16,14,14) have been training with him for going on three years. My daughter now plays on a National level fast pitch softball team and has been a Varsity starter for all three years.
