Edit: 2024 I am having an issue with the gate plank, will post before and after pictures. I had Sergio do a few things for me, but the biggest task was installing a wooden privacy fence in my backyard. Sergio, though nice and accommodating, is often late. I had an issue with one of the gates for the new fence and Sergio corrected it. The job took much longer than I expected, but the fence is nice and I am very pleased with it. **Do Not Hire** On 8/10/23 I contracted STK Landscaping to replace the Iron Gate behind on of the buildings I manage. We have paid them a 50% deposit since material cost for this was higher. Since then the work has not even started. It is now 11/07/23, and all i keep getting from them is "Next Week". I have given my fair share of opportunities for them to correct this relationship.
