3 hour wait time for an MRI, Humiliating experience for my father, they changed the appointment time from 1 pm to 230 pm on the app while we were in the waiting room for an hour already, showing they were on time instead of showing that they were slow. Some staff was nice and others clearly just there to put their time in treated patients as such, there was a few other problems also but I'm hoping they were one off incidents.
I can’t thank the nurses and doctors team at birthing unit enough. They made my first delivery experience so good and memorable. they treated me with so much gentleness and respect and met all our needs since the beginning they were really supportive and did their best start from epidural to discharge..I am really thankful for the staff, nurses and my OB for making my experience comfortable and memorable.
Terrible staff in emergency department. My grandmother was rushed to emergency today & the staff members both females were extremely rude to our family. Your staff should have been more sincere during my families interaction with them.
