Went in to introduce myself and woman was on the phone so I waited downstairs from her office. Sounded like she was wrapping up her phone call so I walked up to her office. I guess her phone call required two more sentences while I was standing there and she gives me a nasty look. When she hangs up she says to me that that was a very private phone call and that she is appointment only. I said nevermind and walked out. Tami and her team are so incredibly amazing!!! They are all so friendly and knowable through the entire process, not to mention they have the best prices! We have had them do two different projects and BOTH times the team has went above and beyond our expectations!!! We will be doing EVERY project we can in the future with them too as should you! You will not be disappointed!
Our bathrooms, laundry room and whole house flooring is beautiful! They did a great job on the tile in the bathrooms and laundry room!! I love the flooring throughout the house, it's beautiful!! Please update your google map information. Arrived to discover only by appointment. I was the only customer when I walked in. Declined me. Maybe not interested in giving me options to return because I was in work clothes and not dressed nicer. My remodel project is outside of town. Butte is the closest town. Their loss…
