Stivers Ford was very helpful to get my car fixed. Scott was the best very friendly and gave great customer service.
Scott in the Main Service Dept is a stand-up guy. Want to deal with a straight shooter? Go see him. Would give 10 stars if possible.
We purchased two vehicles here and the overall process was easy and relatively quick. Ocho was great getting us set up and negotiating the price. He also ensured we were connected on the ford app and explained the major features of both vehicles for us before we got on the road. Robert in the finance office was also quick, friendly and professional. He explained the optional add-ons with no pressure to buy.
