We were on our way from Dayton Ohio to Oklahoma for a family reunion on a Saturday until a semi-truck avoided a rear end collision with our vehicle as traffic had stopped. Instead the truck took out our rear wheel bending the axel. Charlie/Stivers Towing came to our rescue towing us to his shop and trying to find a rental car - none available. It was nice to feel taken care of in such a jarring situation.
Having an attitude with your customers is not cool I was not happy with the attitude I was given when all I was doing was asking a question about my fiancé’s car and the guy got an attitude about it
I always call him first to work on cars at night
