The owner Deb is cordial and helpful. Her staff does not reflect or convey these attributes. I have found them condescending and stand-offish. It's a shame because it's a lovely shop and there are so few of them left.
I had a Teresa Wentzler cross stitch framed at Stitchville. The owner made selecting the frame so easy. She has a wonderful eye! I left my finished cross stitch to be framed, knowing it would be safe. The finished project was beautiful!! The frame was perfect and they did a wonderful job stretching the cross stitch. I will be taking all of my future projects to Stitchville to be framed. Thank you for doing such an amazing job!!
A stitcher's dream shop! Since there are no more shops in St. Louis it was nice to see a shop with so many great things!

I usually make a long drive from Iowa to Stitchville at least twice a year. I shopped in the store for a few hours yesterday. I always get great help from the employees; especially Kenney. Kenney, thank you so much for giving me advice on the crazy quilt. I completely took off the original edging, sewed the backing, and started sewing a new edging last night. I always get exceptional from you at the store!
Not only is the store wonderful but really helpful when I need things over the phone! Ordered 2 things so far and it has been a great experience! Can't wait to visit again sometime this fall! Thank you!
