Eileen is very knowledge about her products and goes all out to help her customers in the best way possible without selling them products they don't need. She is a wealth of information and help! Great customer service! The Best!
In August of 2013 I purchased a Babylock and I just called (June 2015) the shop asking about buying an accessory for my machine. Instead of trying to sell me a bunch of stuff I don't need Eileen gave me great tips on how to do what I want to do *without* purchasing anything. She was incredibly helpful when I first purchased my machine as well. Great shop!
