Very rude. Called to inquire about getting some swag for my start-up venture after sending in an email inquiry 2 weeks ago through their website to ask about working with them this summer...no reply to the inquiry online, so I figured maybe the website had a glitch and they didn't get my message - no biggie. I've been coming to Stitchin' Quarters for years. Always the highest quality of service with a great attitude. From hats, shirts to golf bags they do it all!

I found Stitchin Quarters on a Google search, and I'm so lucky I did! I took a photo of an old, worn embroidered patch that I wanted remade and sent it to Mark. I didn't know what to expect because the image wasn't great. What I received from him was exceptional, so much better than the original, and it had a perfect color match. I couldn't be more pleased. I'm walking around the house looking for other things to have embroidered!!!

Mark and Amy are so skilled at what they do! They are creative, professional and meet deadlines. The photo may be hard to see, but Mark's palm tree on the cap is true to the real one- he used two different threads to give it depth. And Amy suggested they try the logo on a blue cap just so we could see the contrast- we will definitely go with more cap colors for our next order, which will be soon. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
