Dropped off a varsity jacket and 6 patches to be put on, along with name and year. Called after a week, working on it will be done following day. No call. Waited another week. No call. Finally went in to pick up. Nothing at all was done. They said they'd have it done in ANOTHER 3 days?? Got my stuff instead of waiting. A patch was missing from the box, which they found. Not sure why only 1 patch was out of the box. So they did NOTHING but left the box on the owners desk for over 2 weeks. No service! Horrible

The owners and staff were very nice. HOWEVER, I was not pleased with the work done on the jerseys of my sons travel team. First, the job was completed 3 weeks behind schedule. Second, my sons number was incorrect. Finally, the prints on a few jerseys had bumps and wrinkles. We paid $55 per jersey to have the prints done and that does not include the cost of the blank jersey. Very frustrating!!!! I’ve ordered uniforms from a different company before and had no issues.
