Meets all my needlepoint needs Last year my husband purchased me some cross stitching cloth, and cross stitching accessories from Stitches, Etc in Old St. Charles. The owner was very friendly to us and helped us figure out what all we needed for my Beatrice Potter cross stitch patterns. The add ons that she suggested were what I needed. I was in there last weekend and noticed that they have hand dyed thread from local artists. I have not seen these thread anywhere else. I highly recommend this store .
We loved the location. When my friend and I walked in the northern were 2 women working in the shop and they never said Hello but instead asked ' Is there something you're looking for?' We replied we were looking for cross stitch they went back to their conversation. The one who appeared to be the owner never bothered to speak to us.
