From start to finish the best experience possible. When I received my dress from the shop I bought it from my dress was ordered 2 sizes too large and I did not love my dress anymore. I brought my dress to Wendy who went to work and helped me from bringing the waist in and hemming the dress to an absolute perfect fit. I bought my wedding dress in Chicago and was recommended this location for alterations closer to home and I am so glad I did! Erin always made time with my crazy schedule to fit me in for multiple fittings. I cannot recommend Stitches by Wendy (SBW) highly enough! I am new to town so do not know who to go to for anything wedding-related. I wanted to get my mother's 1969 wedding dress made into a getting-ready-robe and veil for myself. If any material was leftover I was hoping for bouquet wrap and a special something to gift to my mom.
