I have used Trina’s services for at least 15 years. She has repaired/sewed many things for my husband and I and never has she disappointed us. My husband is elderly and has lost a bunch of weight. She seriously altered several of the only overall pants on the planet he can wear – saved us a ton $$. I am amazed at her natural talent…and she is very nice to boot!
Just had two repairs done that were pretty straightforward I guess, but beyond my mental load. Actually, one of them was a ripped hooded sweatshirt that I didn't think could be fixed. BUT! Trina is freaking awesome, so she was able to save one of my favorite hoodies. Fairly priced, friendly, and her 20 plus years of experience show in the quality of her craftsmanship. (Thank you again, Trina!!)
Trina did an awesome job. My vendor kept making everything too tight. The fabric was ripping. Trina fixed it. Another happy Lowes customer due to Trina's skill
Brought a casual jumpsuit for her to hem because it big on me. She quoted me 40$. Then increased 25 dollars more without notifying me. And didn’t do what I was asked. Not recommend this place!
I engaged with Trina to help me with some quick turn sewing of a work item. She said she could do it when I called and went over, but after my first change request - she backed out and didn't want to do anything for me in my requested 4 day turn time. If you have an important item on a quick schedule, maybe have her sign paperwork, or offer to pay upfront - do something to lock in her commitment. Her word wasn't good enough in my case.
