Can never have my order on time!! Quality is great!. whoever you talk to. always say uniforms will be ready when in fact they never are on time.

We dropped about 4 “Icon” vest’s (a $ 250.00 value) to be stitched. The first time came around and they seemed to know what they were doing. They gave us a week turn around time and kept to their word, so we decided to give them more business and take 4 more. Well this time it was a nightmare! The stitching was horrible, they blamed the vest for “breaking” the stitching needles, we had to wait another 2 weeks to pick them up. They patched over their mistakes. I dropped off a jersey 2 hats and a polo. The gentleman that helped me was awesome, very informative. He said the shirts would be ready by the end of the week. This was the tail end of November. When I called to see what the status was who ever answered the phone said it will be ready tomorrow buy five, well the following day came and went.
