I have been using Stitch for 6 years. It started off as a somewhat capable inventory management solution but has become unusable over the years. For some reason, the web application begins moving the cursor randomly across the page when using a Windows computer. This doesn't happen using Apple for whatever reason. We've been a customer with Stitch for almost 3 years now. For most of the time, when the app is running, things are fine. However, the company has the worst customer service/care for fixing things out of any company we have worked with in our decades of business. Specifically: - They do not respond to issues that they cause ******* service integration outages, requests for call backs, and response to downtime) - The customer service team does not follow-through as they say they are going to. - Their executive team is failing... read more
Beware of this company and its predatory pricing practices. After investing four years and 100's of hours building up my e-commerce database in their multi-channel software they sent 60 day notice of a 250%+ monthly service price increase.

In the four years that this customer has used Stitch, the price has never changed. In that time many new features and integrations have been added, the level of support provided has increased, and that has lead to increasing the value that Stitch brings to our customers. In order for us to continue delivering that value, and continue increasing it to meet the needs of growing businesses, we’re adjusting pricing.
