Please, please, please brides do not bring your bridal gowns here. After finding this business on a recommended vendor site from my bridal salon, I thought it was safe. The hem is visibly crooked, way too short, and my bustle was a disaster. I had to bring it somewhere else to be fixed 5 days before the wedding! The manager was great to refund my alterations, but I would give anything to have my beautiful gown untouched by that horrible seamstress. Horrible Service – I brought a pair of pants to be altered. Unfortunately after two attempts the pants are unwearable. The store manager told me that the pants are just fine, and it is now my problem. She was unwilling to refund any money and unwilling to make any more adjustments. Furthermore, I have contacted the customer service department 3 times by phone and have never received any phone calls back. I would not recommend Stitch It to anyone.

Very convenient and accomodating. – They provided quick turnaround and duplicated a design detail for me when hemming some jeans. Located so you can get some shopping done while waiting for minor alterations.
