Very rude and unprofessional staff. Was made to feel like it was an imposition to have even brought something in to be embroidered. Do not recommend.
Fort Bragg and Pope AFB don't waste your time or money on this business. – They lost necessary materials for a dietz print order. Two of my friends had their orders lost as well. I submitted this order beginning January and didn't find out till 10 March that they didn't even start the order.
