Quality is great, owner is friendly and service is fast, great spot to get embroidery done.
Looks like my poor experience with this kiosk is similar to all the other 1 star reviews. Talked to the guy about making some hats and he told me he would have design done the following day. Another hat company i contacted that day reached out with a better design and better price so I went with him. Dude from the kiosk calls me and I let him know I went with another guy. Dude raised his voice and hung up on me...guy is over priced and rude. Don't do business here
Fast, easy & affordable. Elchin was wonderful to work with & is very kind courteous. The text sizing came out slightly uneven (the M appears to be thicker/bolder/larger than the other letters), but overall it still looks very nice. That’s the only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5. UPDATE: I called one day to inquire about having additional items embroidered & was taken aback when the owner (Elchin) said “oh I remember you - you’re the lady who gave me a negative review”. This guy is amazing. He knew exactly what I needed and made it happen same day and at a reasonable price I might say I would totally recommend this place for all you embroidery needs.
