I've used Stitch by Stitch on several occasions and have always been very satisfied. They are prompt, ask alot of questions and double check location and color of thread for the work. Always ready when promised.
Every year these guys take care of my t-shirts and do a great job.Would not anywhere else, I hope they stay where they are now.
Brought shirts to be embroidered with company logo. They did a very bad job and tried to blame it on me. They really had no excuses as they had previously produced excellent results with the same shirts and same logo. They only refunded my money after getting the Mall involved and never refuned my funds for the ruined shirts. I will not use them again!
I didn't even have my items monogrammed because the salesperson was so rude. He answered his cell phone 3 times while I was waiting and then told me that I was taking too up too much of his time. If you want to have something monogrammed during your visit to Northpoint Mall, go upstairs to the Hat Shack. Not only were they very friendly and helpful, they did a beautiful job on my dresses. And, they only took about an hour.
I would recommend that you DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Whoever owns this Kiosk now at North Point mall is not the original owner and the quality of work and customer service is terrible. We had some items done last year by the original owners and it turned out great. I went back thinking the owners were the same in February 2009 to get additional shirts embroidered.
