The owner is is very rude, and manta to charge $4 more for a shirt that shu be change $10 .
ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! They don’t deserve your business!!!!!!! The male owner told me to leave because I asked for a proof of the graphic prior to putting it on a $250 shirt but he was OFFENDED saying “don’t you trust my work!?!? I don’t need your business then” and freaked out. Wife was too scared of him to say anything and apologized.
DO NOT USE!!! I made it very clear what I needed. He seemed to understand what I was explaining. I even showed him what I needed. He was a little rude like I was not trusting his work. DO NOT USE STICH BY STICH! Northpoint Mall. I purchased a shower curtain online that matched my daughters bedding set and brought it in to be monogrammed. I went into great detail with the guy on what I wanted and he assured me that he understood. I picked up the curtain today and to my dismay, discovered that they monogrammed the shower curtain up side down. When I brought this to the owners attention, he said it was my fault and miscommunication and would not pay to replace the item let alone refund me for the issue they c... read more

Never use this place! They did not center the names on our Christmas stockings correctly. When I pointed this out, the lady became argumentative with me, tried to convince me they were "centered" (what??), then blamed the machine!! Really? She was rude, told me I didn't "understand" and was totally unprofessional. I even told her that I was planning to post a negative comment about them, to which she just shrugged. Northpoint Mall should get rid of them. I am never going back, and true to my word, have posted this feedback.
I took two Easter outfits to get monogrammed and the infant boys jon jon was fine but the linen Ralph Lauren dress was ruined!! The monogram was atleast 3/4 inch off center to the right. When I told the owner that the center initial was not centered on the dress, he argued with me and stated it was centered! I paid for the monogramming on the jon jon however I refused to pay for the monogramming on the linen dress that he ruined and he refused to give me my dress! I ended up having to get mall management involved to get my r... read more
