The worst quality of brokers and managers in the industry. They do absolutely zero due diligence. They have no checks and balances. Their numbers are absolute garbage. They are only out to make a quick buck. Stay away from this firm. Any offering memorandum they present is trash. It's all made up. It is because of brokers and operators like them that the entire real estate industry gets a bad name. They are emblematic of the problem. Shameful.

Dear Stirling Properties, I've done work for Melissa Warren & she refused to pay. I took before and after pics as she asked, So I could get paid after the job was done. She ignored my calls texts and voicemails. She is not trustworthy nor is she a person of her word. I've posted before and after pics of the job.
