It is not the same since Jerry sold the business. An elderly family member had items missing from their home after the work was done. Unfortunately it was discovered too long after the fact to report it, but given that no one else had been in that part of the home other than the homeowner and the workers it is pretty obvious what happened.

I used these guys for all kinds of plumbing work for years (as did my father and yeah, even my grandfather). They did excellent work. Then they sold up to PVE, Jerry retired, and now I can't get warranty service on an installation problem that was ongoing at the time of the sale.

Stirling plumbing sent 2 men to our home to repair a leaky tub drain the end of Sept., 2022. It proved to be more than they expected, but they stayed the extra time and bought a part to finish the job. They were thorough and professional and we knew we were in good hands. I would recommend Pioneer Valley Environmental & Stirling plumbing to anyone who has a plumbing need. These 2 men gave over and above the time allotted to get this job done and done well.
