Receptionist- unpleasant approach from the receptionist, they are rude, and reach you with attitude, giving minimum information or guidance if needed. They yell at you and show you gross look. More professionalism and better personal attributes is what they need or poor patient coming for first time or existing patients have to be dealing another headache from them. Worst GP ever
I've had a consistently positive experience with Dr Sonair Ali Rana as my GP. He always takes the time to listen carefully, explain things clearly, and never make you feel rushed — which is rare and deeply appreciated. A+++++. Highly recommend!
I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Hamed Qubian. His comment during my visit was inappropriate, insensitive, and deeply unprofessional. I do not feel comfortable sharing the full details here, but I was genuinely shocked by his behavior. Additionally, the clinic's overall approach to patient care is concerning. When I raised my concerns with the receptionist, she was dismissive and told me to take it up with the manager rather than listening or showing any support.
