Great to have a local town centre health facility
Recently attended minor injuries following making an appointment via NHS 24. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. Appointment was pretty much on time and everything was very quick but thorough.
We are tourists who needed urgent help which without the help of Margret from reception as well as the lovely volunteer lady we wouldn’t have been helped. Thank you Margret for organising the ambulance for us and taking care of us.
Tried to phone for 2 hours, no answer. At one point, somebody picked up the phone and immediately hung up.
