Me and my mother and grandmother attended as my grandmother had fallen and hurt her head and shoulder. I felt the nurse practitioner was so attentive to my gran and really spoke to her with understanding and an incredible manner. The standard of care my gran received was outstanding and follow up was also arranged. We do tend to get very worried and scared when something happens to my gran due to her age and Ruth was so fantastic with her and so clear with us. Thank you so much. I can’t imagine better care.
Just been in for an ankle injury, got seen in basically no time, got an xray right away and all sorted. Great service, we’re so lucky to have it.
