We love this dental practice. My children see Dr Sarah Cranwell who is incredibly professional, kind and patient. I see Dr Jess Kour who is also terrific. The clinic is lovely and modern, and always spotless. The reception staff are always helpful and professional.
I honestly can’t recommend Jess enough – she’s the best dentist I’ve ever had. She’s warm, professional, and makes the whole experience so comfortable (which is saying a lot, because I usually dread going to the dentist!). Jess explains everything clearly, is super gentle, and genuinely cares about her patients. I always leave feeling well looked after. If you’re looking for a dentist who goes above and beyond, Jess is the one.
I can’t believe how smooth and painless this experience was—especially after the nightmare of my first three wisdom teeth removals! Today I finally said goodbye to my fourth and final wisdom tooth (a big one near the parotid gland!), and everything went perfectly thanks to Dr Serene Lau at Stirling Family Dental. 🦷 Dr Lau is not only highly professional, but also incredibly gentle and reassuring. I recently saw Dr Jess for a checkup and Jimmy for a clean. I was extremely impressed with the service they provided. By far the best dental experience I have ever had, all their staff are friendly, approachable, professional and have excellent communication skills. I would highly recommend Stirling Family Dental to anyone who is considering seeing a new dentist!
