I unfortunately had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I normally have a professional clean every six months at my previous dental clinic in Scarborough, but since moving, I decided to try this clinic as it is much closer to my home. Over the years, I have never experienced a dental clean that felt this painful or uncomfortable. Avoid this clinic and Dr H. Dong Prov. My partner was partway through a dental procedure when she was told to come back the next day, and the dentist then began treating another patient because ‘he was waiting’. My partner said the tooth still felt uncomfortable and, only after he insisted, the dentist finished the work. Overall, the service felt rushed and poorly managed, and we left without confidence in the outcome. We were charged $585 to fix one tooth, which did not feel reasonable given the experience.
