I wish I could give Stirling Automotive negative stars. I brought them a Denali 2500 that I was parting out so they could remove parts needed to repair my Sierra 3500. I told them I was parting it out. Almost immediately, one of the mechanics started pointing out parts to the owner’s wife that they could use on other trucks waiting to be repaired. This place used to be my go to shop. But the last time I had them work on my truck was for brake pads that I had bought and they installed. So 4 months later once I heard my rotors and brake pads scraping I decided to do my own brake pad replacement. Well little to my surprise there was a bolt missing on my break caliper. It caused unbalanced wear cost me two rotors andI actually couldn't believe they left a bolt out of my brake caliper.
