I am a student at NSU. Do not book with Stirit they may try to move you out of your dorm nearly a week early. I did everything as early as possible and selected from the times offered which all of them were the weeks I wanted to move.Then they scheduled me a nearly a week earlier than the selected time. They are difficult to get in touch with and I am super displeased and upset I wasted my time. Now reading the other reviews looks like I dodged a bullet.

Might be the worst community overall, I decided to give them a call to find out about the options for storage because I am from Nsu. The man on the phone was so rude and not helpful at all. Telling me there are 4 different fees on top of everything, I live on campus now but will not be next semester and I asked him what happens then. He said I would have to pay for the month of august meanwhile the program for dorm returning students is until august. Do not answer calls or emails so I can go pick up my belongings during COVID-19.

I made a mistake and overlooked a box with some of my belongings. Despite my mistake, the owner was still kind, professional, and caring enough to try and get the situation resolved although Stirit was not at fault. I found my box and all of my belongings were well taken care of! (: The movers were kind and very efficient. My experience with Stirit Storage was excellent as they offered great services! I highly recommend.
