Very nice staff, reasonable price, the survey was done on time
Really excellent company to work with. They helped us mark our property boundaries and did a thorough job while taking the time to educate me on the process. Everyone on this team has upwards to 40 years of experience individually and it really shows.
We called Stires Associates as an alternative to a company that was provided to us by our real estate attorney. The estimate that we had received from the other company seemed like a boiler and we expected something tailored to our specific buying experience. We worked directly with Rich Matthews who took his time to get familiar with the property, which he did by visiting the home while on his way to another project. Worked with this firm to build a new house for my family. Cheap quote but wait for the extras they will charge. After all the excuses and delays I will be using a different firm for the final survey. I'm sure it will cost me more money to introduce a new firm to my property but perhaps it will be done correct and on time.
