Our family lost our mother in 2/23 from her falling out of her bed at a 24hr care facility, the Doctor’s, nurses, CNA knew she was a fall risk and they didn’t take all precautions to prevent her from falling out onto the concrete floor and her breaking areas of her body she would have never recovered from, my mother was 97 but still able to communicate although bed ridden because of her dizziness, we were all deprived her love and companionship, but are relieved we got some justice!
