Stio is fantastic! Their clothes are 10/10 and holy cow their customer service is wonderful. I ordered some things online that I had to return and the people at the Park City store were possibly the nicest people ever. They were super understanding and gave me tons of helpful information. I wandered around a bit and overheard them talking with other customers and they were so eager to help people--with their shopping but also just with general outdoor Utah questions. I’d shop here any day. I spent days looking for a shell jacket and pants between NYC and Park City. The staff was stellar at Stio. I didn’t plan on buying there but ended up getting what I wanted and enjoyed the experience. They make it very social. No need to shop elsewhere.
