Visited Jackson for the week and decided to look for durable and appealing outside wear. Man I tell ya the customer service here is fantastic! Not only did Martha go above and beyond to help me find the right clothes and fit, but her endearing personality made my whole day! I bought some pants, a jacket, belt and bottle. Can’t wait to go back next time I’m in town.
Recently purchased two pair of board shorts and within a few days they were on sale for a substantially lower price. I visited the store in Jackson Wyoming and spoke with what I think was a manager and asked for a credit for the difference. I was shut down instantly and she was very obtuse about the entire situation. She proceeded to argue with me about other stores and how they don’t do that for their customers as well.
