Stio is 5 stars as a brand. I easily have $15K of equipment from this brand. I love everything about them EXCEPT their shipping speed. They ship most of their online orders from California and the handling time on average is a week before it even ships. They really need to fix that, or they will never hit the scale they desire.
Stio would not accept an exchange on a brand new shirt with receipt and tags because it was a few months old. This company operates more like J.Crew with seasonal fashions rather than a serious outdoors company that stands behind their products. Another customer lost.
