If you’re looking for unfinished work, attitude, and a sprinkle of old-school sexism, look no further than Stintson Plumbing! The owner must have mistaken my home for a museum exhibit on “jobs left half done.” He managed to disappear faster than the water pressure he promised to fix. When I called to ask about the unfinished pipe situation (which is now basically a decorative waterfall), he hung up faster than my patience evaporated. Lost water after ice storm. They came out with first call right away, but problem not resolved. It took 2 weeks for them to come back but he said he didnt have time to stay and find the problem. 1 month gone by and 2 service calls with no repair! They are the worst.
Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced, hydrant has been leaking since it was replaced two weeks ago and can’t get them to come fix the leak. This has been an issue every time I’ve used them, never show up when they’re supposed to I’ll never use them again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! Rude and unprofessional on the phone when trying to resolve this issue.. Very disappointing
Did a wonderful job. Called and had someone here next day. Fixed our septic tank and did a plumbing repair. We highly recommend them. Very professional, knowledgeable and great to work with. Will definitely use them again! Thanks guys!
