I’ve had this company install both a furnace and AC unit Worked with both Tom Sr and Jr Fabulous work and customer service I also have them do my yearly maintenance on both gas fireplaces I personally would shop no place else Something added was that I needed to replace one gas fireplace this past winter Tom Jr wasn’t able but directed us to a fantastic company in Kingston and I was told by friendly fires that he wished commission for referral he would have received to go towards lowering price of unit It was my mother new g... read more
Have received excellent service and advice x 15 years from father and son. Desperate in a cold house, I “cold-called” Tom 15 years ago on a Saturday night—we’d not had any previous association. But he patiently talked this stranger (me) through figuring out the problem (created by a larger dealer who’d just serviced the furnace…and wasn’t answering!)
