Steve provided fantastic service to me and my family. He was incredibly responsive and was able to schedule service two days later, when all other septic companies in Abilene either wouldn't call me back or said to call back in a month. Our septic system was full, and Steve went above and beyond expectations. We are officially lifelong customers
Steve gave exemplary service, timely and complete. He fit us into his extremely busy schedule and had us up and running again. It has been a long time since such integrity, honesty, and hard work came out of one company. Will definitely be uses their services again.
He quoted $600-$750 to pump out a small 350 gallon tank with the lid already exposed. The highest estimate I received from everyone else was under $450.00 and one was $285. When I asked why it was so high he got angry and said I was being difficult and said he wouldn't work with me. Think he was just trying to rob me blind considering I'm an older female. He was a total jerk. I will never refer anyone to him!
Steve ****** is an honest hard working individual that knows what he's doing. He is very personable and easy to talk with. He did an awesome job and cheerfully cleaned up all messes afterwards. I will call on Steve always.
Stinky Steve's pumped both our septic tanks today (May 15,2015) and we were thrilled with the service we received. Not only are they the lowest price in Abilene (also giving military discounts), but the customer service we got from the technician Robby was exceptional. He informed my husband on tank maintenance tips, and pumped our tanks until he was confident they were good with all the recent rain filling them back up.
