Totally disgraceful! An Environmental disaster! I watched the Stinky Bins contractor put buckets of water into the dirty green waste bins of a nearby apartment block in St Kilda then tip it out onto the public road! Walked down after they left and their was rotten food and maggots an a horrible stench left behind in the gutter. I contacted the Owners Corporation of the unit block who called Stinky Bins - and the contractor flatly denied it! Its one thing to make the mess!
