I have been coming to this gas station for a couple years, the gave me the incorrect product (9mg vs 6mg velos) and I came back the next morning to exchange them and I was told because it was the next day I couldn’t exchange them. Completely sealed still, with a receipt but they wouldn’t fix their own problem! Won’t be coming back;)
I usually love this gas station, however Shanna is very rude and now that red star is moving I will have to find a new fav...
Get off your phone and learn some customer service basics. Too busy playing video games or texting to even greet your customers. With as many people as there are out there looking for jobs, you'd think they could afford an upgrade.
