Hired to put pool linear in pool. Removed old linear and measured. Has not come back to install new one. Will not return calls. Will not return text messages. Will keep you updated on situation
Absolute horrible customer service. Doesn't answer calls or texts. Even when he does come out to evaluate your situation you'll never hear from him again unless you have a high $$ job. Save the aggravation and call someone else. Been waiting since last summer for a repair absolutely horrible.
Kevin has closed my pool for more than 20 years and is willing to come in the dead of winter (I have an attached spa which necessitates keeping the entire pool open in order to use it.) He has replaced my heater and my filter and I have never had a complaint about his workmanship. The only negative I have is he is often hard to pin down since he works on so many pools. I highly recommend him.
Poor customer service
I spent over $2200 to receive poor service. I used his service last year to open my pool , install a new pump and close . We also needed another small repair. He didn’t complete it so my husband did it himself. He never discussed his price until after the season. Went to pay at his home and was attacked by his dog. He contacted my husband at 6:am this past week as I was willing to overlook last year’s mishaps , he was incredibly rude.
