I would give negative stars if possible. We gave him a 50% deposit for a pool liner at the beginning of April. To date, he has not done any work, hasn’t responded to over a dozen calls and texts and hasn’t accepted the registered letter we sent. Hopefully this post prevents others from being scammed by this “business”.
Hired to put pool linear in pool. Removed old linear and measured. Has not come back to install new one. Will not return calls. Will not return text messages. Will keep you updated on situation
Absolute horrible customer service. Doesn't answer calls or texts. Even when he does come out to evaluate your situation you'll never hear from him again unless you have a high $$ job. Save the aggravation and call someone else. Been waiting since last summer for a repair absolutely horrible.
Kevin has closed my pool for more than 20 years and is willing to come in the dead of winter (I have an attached spa which necessitates keeping the entire pool open in order to use it.) He has replaced my heater and my filter and I have never had a complaint about his workmanship. The only negative I have is he is often hard to pin down since he works on so many pools. I highly recommend him.
