Ally is a knowledgable and experienced massage therapist! I'm a bodybuilder with knots on knots haha. She was able to pin point where my back needed relief and got me feeling much better in just a 30 minute session! My wife and I will definitely be returning for longer sessions for maintenance.
Ali is great and listens to exactly what your body is telling you. She has made a huge difference in my back pain relief and ability to move.
