We have used Brejesh a number of times. He is excellent. He takes his time in his inspections and provides a thorough in person report after he is finished. He does not sugar coat things but gives a straight forward account of how things are in the home. His written reports are well laid out and have all the details you need to have an understanding of what you are getting into with your new home. I’m hoping we aren’t buying too many more houses but if we do, we will be using Brejesh for our inspections.

Brejesh is very thorough, I really appreciate the detail of his findings, but also the way he takes time to explain everything so that it's understandable, and he goes above & beyond to suggest solutions too, which is particularly helpful when trying to decide whether to move forward with a purchase. I’ve had the pleasure of using Stinger Home Inspections twice and both times were phenomenal. Brejesh is very knowledgeable and thorough while conducting his home inspections. I avoided making a costly purchase due to his excellent reporting. Also I was able to come up with a list of home improvements I will conduct on the home I did end up purchasing due to his insight and advice; his report also saved me some money in the purchase. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking to purchase a home.
