This review is a little late but moving/settling in gets busy! (Sorry Brejesh!) We used Brejesh twice while looking for a new home in Fall/Winter 2024/2025 and were thoroughly impressed with how comprehensive and accommodating he was. It was a pleasure working with Brejesh. He was very thorough and detailed in his inspection of the condo we were purchasing. I appreciated how he explained and documented all the details he noticed, and helped me to understand the priorities as well. Any old building has issues, but it's good to understand what's expected and what needs work and Brejesh was good at outlining that for me. I learned a lot, and valued the input!
Brejesh is unbelievably thorough, detailed, and responsive. He walked us through the inspection and pointed out - and explained - a wide variety of issues, considerations, and things to watch for. He ensured we understood what was wrong, what the remediation might look like, and how important fixing certain issues would be. Pricing is absolutely fair. If there were more than 5-stars he'd be deserving of them!
