Booked for an inspection all through emails, no phone calls. Synced with my realtor for the time of visit. I joined them 1 into the inspection. Did a few measurements of my own while he finished his work. Then he walked me through everything he checked and that the apartment had, what needed repair or to be up to code. He later sent a 30 days report. Overall very pleasant experience.

Brejesh at Stinger Home Inspections went above and beyond with our home inspection. He has such a keen eye for detail! After spending hours taking meticulous notes and pictures, he took us around the whole house and educated us on the issues as well as the various systems. He was also very kind in answering all of our many questions! I highly recommend.

I’ve had the pleasure of using Stinger Home Inspections twice and both times were phenomenal. Brejesh is very knowledgeable and thorough while conducting his home inspections. I avoided making a costly purchase due to his excellent reporting. Also I was able to come up with a list of home improvements I will conduct on the home I did end up purchasing due to his insight and advice; his report also saved me some money in the purchase. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Brejesh was recommended by our realtor to help us with a home inspection. He is clearly passionate and serious about what he does, and very thorough about his inspections and documentations. He did not hesitate to tell us about deficiencies and educated us on the next steps (how to repair and/or maintain). To top it off, he has a great personality. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that I know needing an inspector, and will definitely contact him again for our own home inspections.
